\n\t\n\t\tHere\u2019s a story that leaves us wondering what happened to this guy. He was noticed by a person who runs along the Anacostia trail. She brought him food for a few days before reaching out for help to get him out of there. Why was he starving and hiding out right up next to the river? There\u2019s no houses or business nearby. We may never know why he was there but clearly he needed help. Now he\u2019s been neutered and vaccinated and is resting and recovering in a foster home. He'll be ready for adoption on starting on June 11, after his trip to the vet to get all his vaccinations, neuter surgery and a microchip. He's 3 months old and is getting along with all the older friends he's met in the foster home. Stay tuned for more about Shelley.
